How is childhood obesity relevant to college aged people ?

    If they ever had an overweight family member or they themself had weight struggles growing up. Also if they want to or already have children. It is their job as parents to keep their children healthy with a healthy diet that is nutritious (no junk food) and regular exercise. So that it could become habit that way they would become used to eating that way.

    lifestyle habits formed as a child impact your whole life — in other words, if you were an overweight kid, you have a very good chance of being overweight for the rest of your life.
