What can I do to recall childhood memories?

Nobody asked:

I don’t remember much about my childhood, almost nothing. What can I do to recall childhood memories?

Try talking to your parents, grandparents, and other family member or family friends about when you were little. I’m sure one of them will have some good stories for you to maybe jog your memory a little.

yah, I agree with D pictures are the best memory flashblacks…look through your old photobooks and try to remember specific moments. i don’t think anything can bring back forgotten memories, except for when they flash before ur eyes when ur old die.. but i have heard that eating more Omega-3′s help preserve memory boosts the memory cells, so maybe that will help. try eating more olive oil on salads, avocados, tuna salmon, nuts peanut butter are good options :)

Most people do not remember much about their childhoods. Few people have any memories before the age of 3…and our brains just aren’t completely developed during childhood. I guess the question is does it bother you that you cannot remember much? If so, why?

Talking to parents and other relatives will provide you with stories from your childhood, but you cannot create a memory – you may have to make due with stories and pictures.
