Were the *** teen suicides due to bad parenting?

mx asked:

Of-course suicides are tragic and everyone should be treated with respect but I can’t help but feel the suicides of these *** teens is partly due to bad parenting. If many *** youths had strong male models in their lives they wouldn’t choose to act so feminine and provoke attention from bullies. I just hope these tragedy will be a wake up call for everyone, including parents, on the dangers of homosexuality.

Mx, there was a time when being an ********** wasn’t an issue with anyone, except maybe for the individual concerned.

Since they have been encouraged to leave their lockers all that has happened is that they have set themselves up for ridicule from those on the other side of the divide and unfortunately suicides as you have described will be one of the consequences of that ridicule.

    EDIT:

Kojac: I would question the research that you claim that you have made. Viz.

BTW Psychologists say that people who get angry and violent about homosexuality….. are usually latent homosexuals…..

By that logic it would follow that when people riot against government policies they are latent government supporters.

It is more about culture, religeous beliefs and other factors that determines the position that the individual will take on the matter.

You are out of touch. When we are young, our parents are not only our role models, they are the only buffer between their children and the world. That stops when children go to school. Children are often bullied mercilessly. It doesn’t have to be because they are ***. It could be because they wear glasses, or don’t dress as nicely as they other children, or have a speech problem, etc. They no longer have that buffer to protect them. They must go to school and be subjected to cruelty by other children. Parents can call the school, meet with teachers and administration, to no avail. The child feels even more like an outcast. The issue is not homosexuality. Its cruel children who bully.

I suppose you blame women for being *****…. Well if she had not dressed so provocatively she would not have excited the rapist

Homosexuality is a genetic condition….. (XY Chromosome Studies; Twin Studies)….. Homosexuality is NOT the result of bad parenting or a weak male role model….. Most homosexuals are born that way…..they can no more control their sexual preference than they can control their eye color.

In addition homosexuality is a natural condition NOT an abnormal one. It exists in almost every species. Birds, reptiles and mammals are prone to homosexuality. It has a specific and important role in nature. Homosexuality is a natural form of population control.

Homosexuality is NOT a danger….. the ignorant reaction of straight people is the danger

BTW Psychologists say that people who get angry and violent about homosexuality….. are usually latent homosexuals….. they get violent because they are repressing their homosexuality and are afraid they will be discovered….. they are angry at themselves

AND before you jump to an erroneous conclusion…… I am a happily married heterosexual….. I just do my research before I post

FRANK…. Everything I wrote is based on scientific research or current psychological theories…..
In addition….science has proven men and women have different brains (thermo graphic studies)…. their brain processes data differently….. babies have been known to be born with both male and female ********* ….so why could a male not be born with a female brain.. be physically a man but be mentally a woman…. If being homosexual’ is a lifestyle choice…. why must the ********** not just make a new choice…..they chose to be ********** why not just chose to not be **********?… why commit *******…. ??
BECAUSE for most homosexuals it is NOT a choice…. it is a condition they were born with…..
BTW You probably do not remember the movie star Clark Gable…. he was the role model of a **** male…. adored by women and envied by men…. HE WAS NOT **********…. but he was raised as a girl…. had long hair and wore dresses until he was 12….. what does that do to your male role model , bad parenting , theory for raising children
….and Frank….. in your example….. which does not make logical sense to me….. if you do not actively combat policies do you not de facto allow them to continue to exist by your silence….do you not in effect support them
I specifically said Psychologists say….. I did not claim it to be a fact’ because it is not …..it is a theory…. but it does make logical sense….. otherwise why would YOU get so angry about something that is none of your business….the private life of another person

    FINALLY….it is Kojak not Kojac

…… the dangers of homosexuality?? Honestly I feel people are born gay, it’s not due to lack of strong male role models. One of my brothers is *** and was teased starting in 1st grade! Before he even knew what ‘gay’ meant. It was horrible for him. I remember going to his school to threaten the kids that were picking on him. My parents never took the bulling seriously. I saw how hard it was on my brother and it breaks my heart just thinking about it. I remember him having to go to counseling in elementary school for depression and anxiety. He hated being around people other than our family because he would constantly be thinking about what they were thinking about him. He also had a coach to help him walk and talk like a ‘boy’. My brother also felt like my mom harassed him a bit…. she has never had an issue with him being gay, she just wanted him to come out of the closet. She was always asking him and trying to force him out… IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. ***?! He really didn’t know what *** was, other that it was different and he didn’t want to be different. My brother was picked 1st grade up until 8th grade. We moved to a different city and he didn’t have any issues with being picked on after that. He is a big guy 6’1, 180 and you can’t tell he is ***. It’s was really hard for my brother and he had suicidal thoughts in 4th grade and up, it’s sad horrible and the ONLY reason my brother wanted to die was because of the teasing and feeling alone because no one else was like him. Teachers should be held more accountable for what goes on in there classrooms. There is no excuses for this crap(bulling) happening to the point where a child wants to kill themselves, *** or not. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I think the parents of the kids who bully other kids, should be held accountable to some extent.

No. It was due to the bad education the bullies recieved. They were the ones who were showing their ignorance and insecurities. They were the ones who should have been punished. If their parents encouraged their homophobia, they too should be punished. **** crimes have no place in any modern society. It should not matter who we choose to love. Being feminine is NOT a crime. But being cruel towards somebody just because they are different, is completely awful. :-/
